Really really disappointed as it is located in a mall and the services should be excellent.My manicure was done in 30 minutes or even less and it looked horrible.she did not even cut the cuticles and my nail polish was patchy.Also the offer I booked on the website was not applied and I paid 20 pounds instead of 18.For nothing at last.

My friend and I had been double booked for the same appointment and so had to wait and go one after the other which was annoying.

The staff were so friendly and really made you feel comfortable, they were quick and professional. I decided to have another treatment while I was there and they managed to fit me in straight away. It was really good value for money. I will definitely be going back!
