Quite a disorganised place, as though they were surprised and not expecting me- had booked three treatments and they weren't done in the right order (pedicure last, which meant I had to wait an extra 20 mins before putting on my shoes to leave), careless painting of toenails. Lovely staff, but a fairly rude man at reception. Great place for good value threading, but won't be going for a mani-pedi there again.

Quite basic place but the staff are so friendly and do such a good job that it's well outweighed by that. Such great value.

Quite poor overall. After running late, they had a conversation about who would do my treatments, as if they'd not received a booking. The treatment room was dirty, cold, no fresh towels, smelt bad and very bright lighting. For the first 5 minutes of the massage people were coming in and out of the room - very unprofessional. The massage itself was poor, whilst it lasted 30 minutes it was clear she'd had very little training and it certainly wasn't relaxing. She didn't listen to where I'd asked her to focus. Thankfully the facial was quite good, although it would have been nice to have had a hand/head massage while the face pack was on (as I've normally experienced during facials). I won't be booking again.
