Had to wait 45 minutes for the mini pedicure. Had no idea what was going on but was waiting.
Feet were washed with freezing cold water - I kept shuddering - where was the soak as per Treatwell mini pedicure guidelines?
Staff kept gossiping/being distracted.
No compensation offered for having to wait so long and the rest of my day was messed up.
Not impressed, will not return

Staff are nice, but always gossiping with each other so treatments take a LOT longer than they need to. Very little attention to detail. My gel nails weren't sealed properly and chipped the next day.

I went for manicure and back massage. The manicure service was great, but the massage was very disappointing. Seemed like the therapist did not had any experience at all and it's her first time. Definitely a waste of money to go for a massage there. The manicure service was good and the therapist for that was very friendly.

Overall good experience as the therapist was professional. The environment was a bit chaotic and had to wait for about 20 minutes. I liked how my skin looked and felt after facial.
