Turned up on time but staff member was on a break for 15 mins (obviously fine to take breaks but with not many appts booked in, surely at a different time? Or book slots not in staff breaks?) and then staff member didn’t seem to know what a Brazilian was, so had to explain and eventually gave up and left. Awful.

They got wax everywhere all over my clothes and shoes, weren’t being careful at all. I had to ask a couple of times to get them to even find the hot wax which I had booked as they claimed they had run out but I have extremely sensitive skin and find this irritates less so eventually they did get some. It was much hotter than before and they didn’t alter the temperature despite my repeatedly asking and being in physical discomfort at the heat. Without asking if I was ok with it they were using my waxing appointment to train others so I had 3 beauticians in their at some points and people were walking in and out throughout my Brazilian waxing which I found extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable and two of the beauticians spent most of the appointment just talking to one another in a different language and not really acknowledging me beyond performing the treatment. However, it was very fast and once they went beyond the limits of a strict bikini wax so I got more for the money spent but they weren’t very careful with the actual wax so I had quite a few hairs or patches of hair left which I had to take care of myself at home. The staff did seem nice and experienced, it just wasn’t the professional attitude I was used to for the money.
