I arrived and have been left on a side for like 15min before they finally understand they mixed up the appointments, and kept me waiting for nothing.
I think it would have been okay if they were more welcoming instead of ignoring me and chatting between themselves...and looking at you like an ovni... Oh well it is what it is.. don't think I will recommend it.
I complained about the quality of the nail polish used, which was claggy and looked really bad. The nail technician tried to reapply it but it still looked bad. So I went back with my own nail polish and asked to remove their polish and put mine on but the manager apparently refused - I was told that the nail polish was 'complimentary' and therefore I had no right to ask for nails to be repainted, with their own better quality polish or my own.
