Not recommended for the faint-hearted. The staff are all very lively and although they seem good at their treatments they didn't feel particularly attentive. I was ushered into a side room which, if opened at the wrong opportunity, would have exposed my entire "treatment area" and then some to anyone walking through the Grafton Centre. The waxist was pleasant but did continue to have loud conversations through the walls of this waxing room with people outside, which made me feel very nervous that someone was going to come and stick their head in. Luckily they didn't, but the waxist did leave the room a couple of times/open the door to talk to people outside whilst I had my legs splayed and her way of preventing anyone seeing me was to turn the lights off in the room. I was never forewarned that this was happening.
The wax got off most of the hair, no worse than most other places, although it was more painful than I am used to which I felt was because she did not attempt to pull the skin taut very much.
I would recommend going here if you really need to get a treatment fast, are used to getting them and don't mind potentially flashing to nearby shoppers.

Despite booking I was told the person who did eyelashes would not be in for another hour. I had to come back. There was no apology. The staff are unfriendly and talk over your head in their own language to one another ignoring you. The lashes did not last.
