I booked and paid using the app, very quick and easy to use. Now links into the venue which is a big plus. Desk assistant on the day was very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. The assistant who carried out my treatment was very nice, carried out her duties well, always asking if I'm okay etc. Overall, I was very impressed with my visit.
