This salon is probably good for eyebrows, but if you want a facial, go somewhere else.
When I arrived the staff had no idea what exactly I had booked, so the room wasn't ready and I had to wait. During my wait, they constantly tried to upsell more expensive treatments to me. The facial itself was nothing special, just sloshing different creams around on my face. The removal of blackheads, the main reason why I wanted a facial , which I made clear ahead of time, took maybe 2 minutes.

Really disappointed with my nails. It’s been a week, and they’re already breaking and flaking. I’m hoping to get a refund. The person who did my nails didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I’d booked to have “French tips” but she said she didn’t know how to do this.
