I got an eyebrow wax, not a massively thorough job done and a lot of strays left

The staff are really friendly and customer service is good, but I wasn’t happy with my nails, they hurt when I touch the top of them (I think it’s something to do with where the glue has stuck to my nails), and the underwater has left the finish looking a bit out of shape.
