I’m really happy with how my eyebrows look, but the service experience was incredibly stressful. After I clearly declined extra services, the technician continued to push an upper lip treatment without mentioning it would cost extra. I was also subjected to a relentless sales pitch for skincare, even while trying to pay. It felt more like a high-pressure sales environment than a relaxing beauty treatment. I went in expecting to pay £8.50 and left paying £19.50 due to the lack of transparency.
