Very friendly, welcoming, reassuring. It was my first time here and it is clean and the lady done a very good job. She reassured me as it was my only my second time getting a Hollywood wax in the last 3 years! And I was pregnant she was as gentle as she could be. I have booked another wax since :)

The lash lift is quite uneven, and the same price as other more luxury salons where you get a nicer experience. It felt uncomfortable having product on your eyes so you can't open them and being sat right next to the door of a busy shopping centre.

Honestly one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. The pedicure was thorough, high quality and I was very happy with the outcome. I wouldn’t say the entire appointment was 5 stars though as I had an appointment for 12 and wasn’t actually seen until 12.20 and then my pedicure wasn’t started until gone 12.30. The delay was inconvenient and no compensation was given. Additionally, the pedicure was quite expensive in comparison to other places I go to. Thanks a lot
