I think the lady was named Malisha? but she was brilliant I had an all over exfoliation and she also massaged me gently at the same time which was thoroughly relaxing and she used a hot wet cloth to remove it, I would def go back again and will be!!!

The wax was very good and the lady who did it was quick. However when I checked afterwards, there were a few small patches of hair that were still there. But overall a great experience.
