Walked in for a pedicure which was absolutely fine but disappointed that a toe nail paint ( ie non gel ) was an option. . Even taking into account drying / wearing shoes etc , not every client will want gels ? The option to dry nails should be offered and appropriate facilities offered for this as is the case with every other place I’ve been to

I did not have the treatment as they said they couldn’t do what I booked upset me by lecturing me and asking me to pay 10.00 extra on top Of what I had already paid and booked on the website ( and had already topped up 7.80 to have what I wanted done) so the experience was not pleasant at all so much so it upset me and I had to leave the parlour crying - I work three jobs and was looking forward to a treat for myself for a change but instead was made to feel so bad I will never use them either
