Pros: booked last minute when in pain and wanted some help. Great massage technique - therapist went straight for the problem area. Rated ambience lower as room next to reception so could hear staff talking with clients waiting.

Absolutely amazing, I’d had shoulder pain for around a month and couldn’t move my left arm above my head before i went. After the massage and acupuncture I could move my arm freely, with easy + no pain. Amazing. Staff are also lovely to deal with!

Both treatments were so thorough and felt amazing during and after. The staff were so lovely and clearly wanted to make sure you felt at ease and got the benefits from it. I even got there a bit too early and they happily accommodated and gave me an earlier slot.
I'll be booking again VERY soon.
