I went into the session with alot of tension and discomfort in back, particularly tight across the shoulders with deep knotted roots. Jenny gave an incredible, very deep tissue massage to release the tension and help make my back feel light. I walked out genuinely noticing a difference straight away and felt I could stand straight again. I also had cupping to help release toxins and inflammatory in my back.
