This was my first sports massage here. Different from what I've been used to in the past but I would definitely recommend. Betty concentrated on the 2 area's i was concerned about but really it was a full body massage. She was very firm which I needed but regulary checking it was fine so she she would be softer if you preferred. When I arrived I was taken straight to my massage room. Not the usual ambience I'm used to at other places but the actual massage more than made up for it.

The salon was basic and I was left waiting at the counter for a bit when Grace didn't see me come in. She was friendly but only showed me to the room and then whizzed out again with limited intructions. The massage was firm and Grace asked if the pressure was ok for me. Afterwards she washed my back with a warm, wet towel which I thought was a nice touch. I left feeling amazing and relaxed.
Relaxing Massage
I had a great deep tissue massage that left me feeling renewed. Grace is truly wonderful. It was my first massage and I will definitely be back!
