Pleasant customer service. I'm not sure which therapist attended to me but she was considerate, asked if I was okay and provided extra blankets when I mentioned I was cold.
The massage was nice and it helped with some aches. I booked because of the excellent reviews but felt like a little underwhelmed, it was more of a relaxing massage than deep tissue. I had to ask for more pressure a few times.
