I got an hour sports massage. Though I didn't feel I got much of a recovery, going into the massage with an injury, it was a good massage.
Sports Massage
Excellent! Jenny knew exactly where to put pressure and met my needs perefectly. The hot towel at the end was the icing. Just so relaxing. I deffinatly recomment Jenny.
Deep Tissue Massage
my experience with acupuncture was ok, but it was very difficult to relax with the sound of traffic and staff chatting outside of the room. im not sure I'm convinced enough to go back, but can see how others would find this treatment beneficial.
