It was the first time I received reflexology, and I was amazed about how everything goes to our feet!
I love hard massages and I usually hold the pain really well, but I'm not going to lie, this one is pretty painful! Although the relief after that really really worth it.
My body in general was really soring, especially my back and neck and now all the pain has disappeared. I feel even I'm more upright now.
