This was my first time in the salon. I was looking for an Haidresser close to where I live and read great reviews about Andy. I booked a haircut and was assisted by Ilaria. The atmosphere of the salon was busy , many clients and yet the team was kind, polite and thoughtful . Andy apologies for a very few minutes of delay and Ilaria was carefully listening to what I wanted to be done. She gave me time and advise also about to keep the style easy to be done by myself in my daily routine . The salon was clean and tidy and the team seemed to be in great syntony, making me feel at ease . The technical service was perfect and exactly what I wanted and the overall experience impeccable . I will definitely go back again and would recommend it to anyone .
