I loved the experience - I was very undecided so needed a lot of hand holding, but Illaria was great at helping me choose the right colour. I initially thought the colour was too light, but then when I got home it is actually PERFECT - the light in the salon made it look blonder I think, but she got the shade to be exactly what I imagined it to be!
Would highly recommend and will definitely be back :)
