Ilaria really took her time to discuss with me what I had in mind and explained thoroughly what she was going to do. To me, that is very important and I truly appreciate that she didn‘t just rush through it. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and styled it in a perfect way. Moreover, she is very lovely as a person and has even made me compliments, which makes me feel valued as a customer. Great experience overall, I‘ll definitely come again! :)
