Hair looked great but very disappointed in the service. Stylist was rude, insisted on using a straightener on my hair despite my concerns about heat - and in the end told me I “should be more concerned about the hard water” he washed my hair with and the damage that would do instead of the heat. Really disappointed as I’ve previously had good experiences- will only be returning for Ilaria and Ilaria alone.
