I had to wait 45 minutes before the hairdresser saw me. The lady who met me at the desk didn't bother to tell me anything, nobody did for 25 mins.
The hairdresser did apologise and I can understand that appointment times aren't always kept but they didn't handle it well at all.
Anyway, my haircuts was very nice as was the hairdresser . The other hairdressers seemed to be giggling and messing about a bit but generally it was a nice salon. I overheard another lady tell her hairdresser how amazing he was and she was very happy indeed.

This was a great experience. The salon is very high quality, in a lovely part of London. It's not too flashy or pretentious, just exactly what you want. The stylist listened carefully and understood well what I wanted and I'm really happy with the outcome. I will definitely be returning.
