Hands down this was the best hair experience I've ever had in London! A lovely, professional and friendly salon, who walk the delicate line between friendly and chatty, with utter grace; they also seem to really know their stuff when it comes to hair, especially colour. The salon is beautifully clean and incredibly well located; I can't recommend enough and I'll definitely be back! The only draw back was that they hadn't checked I'd paid beforehand, which made things a bit awkward at the till, but that was the only thing.
