They had no idea about my booking and tried to charge me more. It did not offer value for money at all. I was not asked what style I wanted and when I told her some things I was never listened to.

Hair looks nice although wasn’t asked what I wanted, they just started cutting! Also, no card machine so had to walk ten mins to get cash
