I have global responsibilities so travel quite a bit but integrate daily fitness regimen and as a result I seek out solid "sports trainer" type therapists who really know the muscle/skeletal intricacies as it's important for me to stay healthy and well. Andrea is in the top 5 in terms of experiences I have had worldwide. I went back for 2nd session 48 hrs later! Andrea understands the full muscle make up of the body and absolutely superb at detecting places that needed emphasis. Brilliant
