I came in with a lot of tension in my neck and didn’t even know what trigger point therapy was, but wow, it really works! The therapist found exactly where the pain was coming from and released it so precisely that I felt instant relief. My neck finally feels free and relaxed. The atmosphere is calm and clean, and I left feeling completely renewed. Highly recommend!
