Best massage I had in years. Andrea spotted right away what I needed amd worked to release all the tension I had in my lower back and hips. I have a desk job and always feel so tight on my back. I am going back for sure! thanks Andrea!

I’m a lacrosse player and do CrossFit for health. Just had my first session with Kiara at Andrea’s Touch, and she was excellent — especially at releasing tight traps and deep trigger points. She’s professional, highly knowledgeable, and immediately understood what needed work. I left feeling noticeably looser and will definitely be back for more sessions. Would recommend.

This was a Christmas present for my mother, who said that the massage was « WOW » and came out feeling so much better. She still has some pain, but it’s to be expected and I think she really benefited from it. Although I had booked the massage expecting Andrea, my mum had another therapist, but she wasn’t disappointed. I will certainly book again!
