The owner was nice the place was nicely decorated, but was disappointed with the treatment. She used a knife to apply wax for my Hollywood wax, double dipped and also left patches of hair in random places…. The double dipping and the knife is a big no go, especially as hygiene is super important

Difficult to find it, very painful procedures (I've been to multiple salons so it can definitely be done better). The beautician even did not know what an exfoliation means.

I had a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place at all. I arrived only to be told that they are unable to do my appointment. While the lady had a full plate of rice and was eating. Clearly seemed like she just couldn’t be bothered and did not want to do it. Why advertise and Treatwell if you’re going to then say no to customers?after declining my appointment, did not even bother to refund me immediately and now I am having to go through Treatwell to get a refund. Awful.
