I had Abigail, who was fantastic. Please change the 5 star to Abigail! They are very knowledgeable and very human. Looking forward to my review on Friday. Note for those going for this option - it’s 2 apts to test and diagnose, and then a session the following day or the next day that suits you to go through recommendation. and then treatment packages.

Was ok but not excelent , nice team very polite receptionist , venue bit small and I was waiting over 45min for my appointment as there was only 2 private rooms (both occupied at Timor of my scheduled appointment ) and one bed in reception area where awaiting people could see treatment which I found bit strange and uncomfortable.

I explained my back pain on the phone and asked if I could have a massage instead of a chiropractic treatment (which they advertise) they said no because nobody was available. I was reassured that a chiropractic treatment would help and would in fact be better. I went to my appointment days later and within 10 minutes into the session I was told they shouldn’t really be adjusting me if I was still in pain. It felt more like a sales pitch rather than someone wanting to fix me.
