She didn’t explain how the thing works and she made it much more worse. Didn’t give me advise on how to take care. I just left after a few minutes and I think I deserved a refund.

Staff are polite but this bikini wax was so painful. Tez never asked if temperature was ok. I told her at one point and she yes it’s because the skin is sensitive. No the wax was too hot. There was no stretching the skin to minimise the pain, she just pulled at it. Iv been having waxes regularly for 18 years and it has never hurt this much. It’s unfortunate but I won’t be returning.
