I have been here a few times now for massages and I always find the staff friendly and welcoming. This day was a bank holiday and they were clearly understaffed and overbooked but it didn't affect my treatments. They had to turn quite a few 'walk in's' away so I would definitely recommend booking in advance.
I can't fault my pedicure and the full body massage was so relaxing and I felt she really paid attention to the areas that needed it.
Will definitely be back, but as the place is becoming more popular they could do with some more staff to help ease the workload.
I was early for my appointment but made to feel comfortable, they have a nice sofa and waiting area and will great you as you walk in. You do not feel as if you're imposing on someone. As it was early Sunday they seemed a little short staffed but no one came across overwhelmed or flustered and as the day picked up more members of the team arrived. The lady doing my manicure greeted me with a huge smile and was happy to chat, share ideas on colours and suggestions for nail shape (this was the first manicure I've had so wasn't sure what shape would look best, I'm happy I took advise and went with a square shape) They are on top of cleanliness, rinsing and sterilising the foot baths straight after someone had a pedicure, this in itself makes you feel more relaxed. I look forward to booking my next appointment
Receptionist was friendly and welcoming when I arrived, I was early so I took a seat in the waiting area. The appointment before me ran over 15mins so it delayed my time slot, I did get my full massage time though of course. The room was really small, I could see the therapist struggled with the space a little. The Swedish massage itself was really nice and relaxing, the therapist definitely knew where needed some work. I might go back again.
