Have been to this salon before and had a pleasant experience however this time my lip was threaded by a therapist whose hands smelt unhygienic of tobacco. My waxing was in a room that looked in need of a clean and the towel/robe looked in need of a wash.

Great relaxing facial with good neck massage. My skin felt so smooth after. The only negative was the customer service upon making payment. The lady who took my card was totally not paying attention chatting to someone else and not even a word of thanks. Shame as I think this should be all part of a good all round experience.
