Felt very rushed even though it wasn't school holidays which is a shame. I had three treatments and didn't feel enough time was spent on each, they tried to quickly get through everything as they had so many clients waiting.

The woman who did my nails was lovely and did a fine job of my nails, but firstly she wasn’t meant to be the one doing them and only did them because I had a phone call and had to explain why I was running late. Secondly I didn’t get the fouls on my nails until 20 mins of being there and my actual manicure didn’t start until 35 minutes after that. I didn’t get an apology until after my manicure started and really small thing but I was never offered water or anything. It just wasn’t an ideal experience to be honest.
