This was the second time I had HD brows done and I was impressed the first time but disappointed on this occasion. I guess it depends on which staff member you get. They look patchy and uneven and I don't think I will get them done again here.
Also even though I book my appointments I find I still have to wait as they always seem to be overbooked or busy.
The place is generally clean although in the massage room the bin had no lid on it and I found myself face to face with lots of hairy wax strips. Also out on the shop floor tissues and threads are on the floor around the bin, it wouldn't take two mins to pick them up.
Overall I like this place and the massages are very relaxing. The staff are friendly although I have heard them bicker to each other in front of customers which I don't think is very professional.
I will return for a massage.
