The staff is not kind, when I showed her treatwell e-voucher she told me I'm not qualified for Friday's wax because that's only for customers come during Monday to Thursday. Is weird since the website still showed I can book for Friday's wax. But finally she let me in. I supposed it was a hot waxing but it was actually sugaring, so that's why it was bloody painful during the progress. The staff pulled off stripes one after another quickly without comforting painful skins. And she even did not asked me how do I feel. The whole progress only took 10 minutes compared with other salons who normally took 30 minutes. It's the worst experience in the entire earth and not worth the price they changed. Will never come back.
