The hairdresser seems alright but barely speaks English, it's very hard to explain what you want if it's not something completely basic. I asked for a couple inches off, she cut off about half an inch. Not sure why there's even an option to have a "wash & cut" without drying the hair at all, I didn't expect anything fancy, literally just using the hair drier for 45 seconds (I have super thin hair) would have done the job. You can't see if the haircut is alright with wet hair.
