🪷About Me Hi, I’m Francesca, a passionate massage therapist who truly cares about people and their wellbeing. For me, massage isn’t just a job — it’s a calling. I love helping others find calm, balance, and a sense of peace in their bodies and minds. I’m deeply empathic and take the effects of stress very seriously — I genuinely believe it’s one of the biggest issues in our society today. That’s why I create a safe, nurturing space where my clients can let go, recharge, and feel completely cared for. I also love being active — going to the gym, staying fit, and keeping my own energy flowing. I often share tips and advice about living well through good food, movement, and self-care… basically, my secret plan to help everyone live forever (or at least feel like it 😉). There’s nothing I enjoy more than seeing someone leave my treatment room with serenity on their face and lightness in their step — that’s when I know I’ve done what I was meant to do.

Welcome to Anastasia Gri Clinical Sports Therapy, Manchester, which provides a variety of services including therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, pre/post surgery rehabilitation, chronic pain treatments, posture correction and personalised rehabilitation programmes. They do not have a linear approach to physical treatment and every client receives a bespoke, personalised approach.

Salford Central station is just a 10-minute walk away, so you'll have no problem staying connected. Plenty of paid parking is available nearby for those arriving by car.
