It seemed a bit rushed (there were two of us there at the same time with an appointment one after the other). Some of my nails are lumpy or patchy. One of the staff members told us off for talking at one point.
I go here a lot and I have had many better experiences, so I think I'll write this off as a one time thing and see how it goes next time.
