I’ve had a few waxes here before and they’ve always been great- very efficient and painless. However this time I had a new beauty therapist and it was possibly the worst wax I’ve ever had, afraid to say she had no idea what she was doing and it was really painful as a result. The place is very clean and good ambience, and she was perfectly friendly. Nonetheless, this counts for much less if the wax itself is poor quality. Please train your staff properly. I sadly won’t be going back.

Unfortunately, I don't think I will be going back here. Usually the treatments are great, but I had the most awful experience of a wax here, that left my skin in very bad shape and generally looked awful. The therapist was very friendly, but totally inexperienced and did not know what she was doing. Usually this is a great salon, but after this awful wax I think this is the last time for me.
