Therapist seemed quite surprised when I arrived. Said we had to wait for another client that was late to turn up - she was the only person working!
Kept leaving the room during the treatment turning a 10 minute wax appointment into half an hour. Unfortunately her hot waxing technique was not the best but it was cheaper than others in the area.

The massage itself was fine but the spa was running 15 minutes late, which bumped by appointment back 15 minutes. I went over my lunch hour and had a meeting after the massage. Not only was I late to the meeting due to the delayed time but the masseuse used oil in my clean hair, which made it look greasy and made me look unwashed! It was a disaster. I complained once I realised but it was too late and the staff were incredibly unfriendly. They just shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing I could do and I'd have to complain to Treatwell. I had to go to the shop nearby to try to buy something to put my hair up with but in the end I still looked horrible. Absolutely not a pleasant experience and not worth 55 quid! I will NOT be going back.
