The wax used is really good, the pain is minimal. The salon staff are really lovely. It could be improved if it was a bit quicker and there was some ambient music.
Lovely manicure - nails very well shaped and Shellac looks great. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

came into the salon at 6pm for my Deep Tissue Massage and the Receptionist was lovely, he was very welcoming. I was shown to the treatment room and made to wait there by myself, the masous finally came in the room and asked me about my massage for 30 minutes, I said no I booked online for an hour, she then left the room. She came back and then began my treatment at 6:30pm, when I booked for 6pm, as you can imagine I was not impressed so far. The first 20 minutes of my treatment felt as If she was just rubbing oil on my back, there was no technique and wasn't relaxing. She was also sighing during my treatment as If she didn't want to do it, which made me feel uncomfortable. As the massage went on she did begin to use a technique and it felt nice, was painful but I know that was needed to get into my knots, so I didn't complain. During my treatment someone tried to come into the room at least 2/3 times, and automatically shut the door when they realised a treatment was in process, this is not okay seeing as I am topless, and it's very unprofessional. When I finished my treatment I was feeling a little relief, but when I got home my shoulder and the back of my neck was in pain from the massage which is never the feeling I have ever had from any previous experiences. All in all, I don't think the treatment was worth as much as I paid, was okay but I would not recommend.
