I don't normally write reviews but this one really deserves it! I am a big massage aficionado and have tried loads of different London locations over the years. While Ananta may not have the flawless facilities and seamless experience of the big names like Sanctuary or Relax, the skill of the masseur (at least the one I had, I believe his name was Woody) is the best I have seen! If you like a true deep tissue massage where every hand movement involves probing of the muscles (no time wasted with mere "stroking") then you will be thoroughly pleased with this one! Definitely deserves the price. I will be back!
The venue isn't so glamorous but the massage was great and released a lot of tension, Would recommend.
They should not be able to call a "polish change" a manicure/pedicure. When you book through Treatwell, the £40 gets you just that... a polish change. They need to update their menu because this is NOT a manicure or pedicure. This was quite possibly the worst manicure & pedicure I've had. For £40 I thought I was going to get more than removing my old polish, pushing back my cuticles, and applying new polish. If the paint job was outstanding maybe I'd succumb to the price point for a polish change, but I left with traces of nail polish all around my fingernails. My fiance said "yikes, even I could have done a better job than that!" Unfortunately my night of a little pamper left me feeling worse than when I went in. I would have been better off relaxing at home, painting my nails myself, and saving the money.
I will say that the ladies were very kind and wanted me to enjoy the treatment, so that gets them a star in my book.
