Worst customer service ever. The shellac pedicure is falsely advertised - they do not even do a basic removal of hard skin and charge an extortionate amount to have this done.
The manager is EXTREMELY rude and has the worst approach to customer service. She clearly didn't understand what I was talking about and argued with me. When I tried to make her understand, she refused to look at the advert to see how the pedicure I had booked had been advertised. Additionally she had the audacity to not call me dodgy.

Very calm and peaceful venue, very chilled music and lovely aromatherapeutic scent in the air.The staff was lovely. The gel nails could be done cleaner around the edges, they weren't done neatly. The brow waxing was great. The therapy rooms where the waxing is done and the staircase could do with a bit of refurbishment.
The place is nice and clean. Really enjoyed my pedicure- they really made an effort. Massage was however not very enjoyable. There are several masseuses at this place and while some of them are really good, there is one who is not making the experience relaxing ( moves are too fast and all over the place). Additionally she seemed pretty upset that I was booking through this website and instead of doing a massage spent several minutes questioning me on why I don't book directly. Overall however the place is very nice and I will definitely come back for a nails treatment
