Awful shellac manicure. I have my nails done regularly and chose to come here as I was not able to make it to my local salon. I wish I had not bothered. The appointment overran by half an hour and I repeatedly had to tell the therapist where she had missed bits/ not painted to the cuticle/ not used enough polish. At the end I was made to have my hands under the lamp for 5 minutes and the finish was still terrible. Incredibly disappointed as the manicure was pre-holiday. Would not return.

Third time I have been to Ananta. The lady I had the second time was called Linda and was so gentle that I nearly fell asleep when she was waxing me!! This time, however, I felt a bit manhandled and for 3/4 days after the wax, I had bruises from the underarm and leg wax and swelling around my eyes from the eyebrow wax, not sure if Colleen was in a bit of a bad mood or something as I had her the first time I went and she was great - I suppose we all have a bad day from time to time but I'm not willing to risk it again. I will definitely go back but request Linda next time!

Plish takes too long to dry, over 2h. Lots of rough edges left on my nails after the rough filing leaving my nails feeling dirty. Another costumer though was very happy with her experience when I was in there so perhaps I was just unlucky. I wouldn't go back though.
