Unfortunately I had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment which was slightly annoying as I had booked it for a specific time to fit in with my work lunch break. I feel the manicure was then rushed and after leaving and seeing my nails in natural light I wasn't happy with the some of the nails which were marked with brush strokes, and unfortunately I was already late back for work so I wasn't able to go back in. The venue was lovely and relaxing but unfortunately I won't be returning.

Excellent massage. The therapist really focused on my areas of tension. Would return. Not the most ritzy/glam treatment rooms but the massage was great!

I wasn't very happy about the manicure. They cuticles weren't done the right way and the shellac is not well applied. The staff was very nice. I'm not sure I'll return for a manicure but I'll definitely will go again for a massage.
