My masseuse had nails that scratched me, and while I was getting dressed another masseuse walked in on me getting dressed and didn't leave or apologise. Several flights of stairs to walk up.

Reliably good CACI facials in this little salon near Holborn. Their space is very small but the treatments are good and the location is unbeatably central.
