Linda is very friendly and explained her process and asked me what my expectations were etc. HOWEVER, I found her very heavy-handed, harshly removing things with the face towels etc and generally it was a bit too rough for me. A big pet peeve is that her phone playing the music next to her was not on silent and thus I kept hearing notifications - not relaxing at all. Also room was cold.

Quality of the nail polish was very bad and the application was worse. She left gaps at the side of my nails and by my cuticles. Due to the gloopy quality of the nail varnish it had to be painted on thickly and there were lots of air bubbles. She would only let me dry my hands for 10 mins and when I said that I needed to stay longer she said that was not included in the price as I was using more electricity and kicked me out - it was extraordinary and very embarrassing.
Service overall was very poor. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My first time getting a Hollywood wax here, the lady herself (Dorota) was lovely and chatty but she had the result wasn't particularly great I noticed after there were still hairs in quite a few places left which I later had to tweeze. Took a lot longer than normal too
