I received a text from he salon asking if I could come 15 mins later which was fine, but when I arrived the room still wasn't ready. I had a lunchtime appointment so this was a bit inconvenient. When I was shown to the room, I found it was really just a bed sectioned off with a curtain so I could hear everything that was happening in the next compartment which was a little off putting. I was also expecting to be asked what kind of aroma oils I would like to select, as the website suggests you can choose something different based on your needs (relaxing, energising etc) but this didn't happen and I just got whatever was given. The massage itself was ok, but when I was told it was finished, I saw that my treatment had been cut short by at least 5 minutes, perhaps as a result of trying to get their appointment slots back on track. I didn't mind waiting so much but do object to having a shorter treatment than what I've paid for, which is the main reason for my score. The staff were friendly and maybe this was just an off day, but unfortunately not a great experience for me.

Wonderful masseuse. Listened to where I complained of pain and was very attentive to the sore spots. Pressure was perfect, I felt confident in her hands.
Would have given 5 but they are renovating and the ambience was affected. could her soft chatter upstairs and there were curtains not walls.
would go back
