The waxing was good and the therapist welcoming and friendly. However, they made me wait for almost an hour and instead of clearly explaining the previous customer started his treatment as I walked in and offer me to reschedule mine they kept me waiting mentioning it was only a matter of few minutes which I didn't appreciate!

One of my favourite places to get my nails done. Staff are polite and don't talk to much (or mind if I work from my phone when I need to). Good range of colours. Professional and attention to detail is on point - have recommended them to some friends of mine, and would do so again.
